A high pass filter with a cut-off at 1.5 MHz should do equally well. A
constant K, T section, consisting of 2 series capacitors with an inductor to
ground designed for 50 ohms should work. Design it, build it, insert it in
line and forget it.

A series tuned trap for each AM frequency can be placed antenna lead to
ground.
With a large paint can, you could install a Helical Coil Resonator notch
filter to ground for each. The notch of the HCR can be 45 dB or more,
depending on Q of the coil inside the shielding can.
