And let me chime in: I just installed one of the VFO stabilizers in my
old Corsair and it works just *great* -- after an initial warm up period
(which the Corsair has always had), I can place the VFO on WWV at 10
Mhz, leave, and return the next day with the signal exactly the same
(insofar as I can hear it) the same as I left it. Bravo K4DPK!
Whatever this PB tuning deal is, I'd like to buy one -- and I'm
seriously considering one for the old Triton IV, too!

Sure can Paul. K4DPK is the fellow you need to talk to. He has a WEB site

I have had his stabilizer kit for some time in a Corsair II. If you want
stability you got it. I have been evaluating a PB tuning deal he has as
well, that can be used in conjunction with the kit. For instance with the
corsair II its stable, but of course does not give you any closer readout
than you have. By hitting an up or down button you can move a few Hz.
In the case of the Corsair II he also supplies along with it a pictorial on
just how and where its hooked up. I presume he might supply same thing for
other models. Its a very professional built little board.
I work QRQ around 60 to 65 WPM with a friend and he uses a 250 Hz filter, if
I were to drift he sure would let me know. Hi.
