Jim, I had the same question using the same GUI on the Jupiter. Using
Carl's software, the noise blanker worked; using the Pegasus GUI, it did
not. In correspondence with Carl, he confirmed that there was indeed a
problem with the noise blanker implementation on the TenTec GUI.
I suggest you try Carl's software on your Peg and see if the noise blanker
works for you as it did for me. If so, then the TT GUI needs work.
