That is too bad...,

I just received my demo Orion yesterday, everything is in order and I do not think you could tell it
from a new one. No fingerprints, dust, etc.

I did buy a new Bose wave radio from their store in Delaware and it was DOA. So much for that deal.

The time lag has more to do with the insertion of firmware and hardware bugs
that drive you crazy.

Mine wasn't tested from the factory or inspected.  From the box the knobs
fell off and the screen was blank when turned on.
