Most shops which specialize in air rifle sales and/or service will have
dri-slide in 2 oz cans.

Although Jay, KM6VX, recommends pork lard the real stuff is Dri-Slide. I
gather it can be found at some gun shops.

Local gun shops in this area had never heard of it. If you find a source of
small amounts, less than 45 gal, please let me know.

My 253 is becoming very noisy when the roller is moving and binds up
rather easily. What lubricat is used on the roller coil and bearing
surfaces ? I had this information some time ago, but seems like it
got lost in the mean time.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
