Swisher appears to live in a small town. If it were me, I'd get a telephone 
book of this little town and send mail or e-mail to 20 or so businesses in the 
yellow pages about how Swisher rips people off. Word gets around quick in a 
small town and Tennessee folks will run crooks off real quick. Also, let the 
Post Office know in his town and the police. You can't be nice to this guy !
