Definitely a problem with the module. Check the integrity of the coaxial connections that carry the full final power. Check their solder joints and springs. Check the fingers on the board that carry oscillator levels and low voltages GL, Stuart K5KVH The module has the offset oscillator for each band, and the final tuning components.
