It is Bill Borgman K8CJQ, He was also at the Ft. Wayne , IN fest last week.

The way I understand it he IS NOT selling TT equipment, but he is showing it. 
He has other things for sale, like SW for logging. I believe TT and him have 
an agreement that he is showing the equipment for them , since they don't habe 
dealers and can't come to many hamfests (any?).
