Hi Chas...
The pins on the accessory plug are:
   1 - Audio in   White
   2 - Shield       Common Ground
   3 - Push To Talk     Black
   4 - Audio out        Yellow
   5 - Spare         Red

Looking at the Rear Panel, the pins are:
