But don't you think they should at least make the corrections
available on line. I spent more than a few hours trying to get
software control of the Paragon and one of the stumbling blocks was
the Manual documentation that said it emulated an Icom 735 instead of
Icom 765.
Also, if one already has a manual, do you think it's proper to charge for a corrected manual. It is not uncommon to provide manuals "on line" and the revenue they may loose in the sale of "paper" might be made up by reduced tech calls due to documentation questions/errors. 73, Paul |
