[TenTec] OMNI VI+ Power Up

Hi Guys,

Anyone had their OMNI V+ come up on an unexpected
frequency on power up, possibly on a non ham-band
frequency? 

Example coming up at 4.185.07 (possibly powered off at
14.185.07?). Clock and all other CMOS and band
registers seem to be okay, so battery is probably
good.
