I urge you to reconsider your position on BPL.

BPL will cause radio frequency interference to other communication services,
in particular:

- Government
- Military
- Commercial
- Amateur Radio

There are other technologies which are as good as or better than BPL and do
not interfere with these communication services.

In the interest of national security, please reconsider your position on
BPL.
