What "great operator" shows up at a contest operating site without their own key (or paddle and keyer) and headphones, and a selection of cables or adaptors to connect them to whatever the radio?Being a life long contester (40+ years), I have been to hundreds of events where as many as 30 or 40 operators were participating. I have often heard some of the guys who I consider to be great operators complain (curse andswear) at some paddle or keyer. |
