[TenTec] transverters

Hello, I am considering modifying a Tentec 1210
transverter for operation on 222 MHz, as outlined in a
QST article.  I'm wondering if anyone has any
experience with this modification.

Is there anyone who has a 1210 to sell, either
assembled or unassembled, working or not working?
