[TenTec] Jupiter

I am running a Jupiter with a Hercules II amp. Within the past week I have
started having some trouble on 17 meters. I can run 17 meters with just the
Jupiter ok but when I run the amp set to anything above 200 watts it will
change the frequency on the radio. The antenna SWR is 1.5 without a tuner on
17 meters. I did a reset but that did not help. All the other bands work
great with 500 watts. Thanks for any ideas or help.
