I need the input of experienced Jupiter owners. Is the Pod a really valuable option on just a nice-to-have? It appears as though it provides the keypad that is missing from the front panel of the Jupiter that would be helpful with programming and operation. Or are the Pod features so limited that one really wants a laptop or desktop PC available most of the time? Has anyone used a Palm, a handheld, or other small laptop-type device instead of a full sized desktop or laptop with good success? -- Thanks! & 73, doc kd4e West Pasco County, FL |
