Well, For me,
E-mails to eham's people have been responded to, Changed my call sign and
they handled it just fine. They even transferred the flag that said I was a
subscriber...
But there may be some flexibility on the advertisers to help support the
site if they were asked.

The trouble with eHam.net, and it's not new, is that the web site does not
recognize subscribers. I send in dough at least once a year, but I still
have had to zap the subscription plea that pops up from time to time. And
now W4AN's telling me that my 11/03 contribution is worthless and that I
will have to resubscribe--meaning send more money--to access product
reviews that were available yesterday. In other words, no reward for "good"
behavior.
At a minimum, W4AN is a lousy businessman and an even worse communicator.

John, W3ULS
