Try your local Lowes or other local huge hardware chain.
I bought a can of Krylon "textured" about 6 months ago for a micrometer
refurbish project.
Seem to remember there were 2-3 other colors besides black.
It was the mottled texture, not crinkle, and worked quite nicely on
refinishing a set of B&S mics I bought at a garage sale.
