RE: [TenTec] Problems with latest firmware download

Thanks to all who attempted to assist me today.

My email has been down all day and just now came back up.

The status is still the same: the upgrade has not yet completed
successfully.
I've checked both cables that I tried.  They both are the right
type and OK.

Tomorrow I'll try a 3rd computer with yet a different O/S.

For some reason, the W98 computer can't even install the update
files.
The W2000 computer installs everything and launches the update,
but brings an error message that it is unable to communicate with
the radio.  The Orion also gets a couple of letters on its
display but nothing more happens.
