Dave, KB9YOZ. I have replied to all your emails, you don't seem to be receiving
them for some reason, although
they are not bouncing. The 247 tuner is yours if you want it.
The D-104 and EV-727 mics are spoken for pending funds.
Thanks to all. 73. Ed/w4wvw

Subject: [TenTec] Items for sale
Have the following items for sale, some ten-tec or related, some not.
All prices do not include shipping, which will be paid by buyer.
Ten-Tec model 247 200 watt antenna tuner. Matches the Triton IV series radios
540, 544, silver face
with black top and sides. Works and looks good, light scratch on the front
panel, rub marks on the rear.
Coax and balanced line connections, believe it to have a balun inside, does
not switch antennas.
47 tap silver plated inductance selector. Will tune anything. Asking $50
MFJ model 949D 300 watt antenna tuner. Looks good, not all scratched up, even
the front panel is in real
good shape. The cross needle meter IS NOT working. Nearby static discharge
took out the meter circuit
during a snow storm a couple years ago. Probably an easy fix, have a manual
with schematic here
somewhere, never got around to looking into it because it has been in use
every day. The tuner itself
is in good working order. Selects between 2 coax connections (tune or
bypass), balanced line/ wire,
dummy load. Has balun built in. Peak/ average power. Asking $50
Astatic D-104 microphone with TUG-8 stand. Wired for 4 pin Ten-Tec. Real good
condition and works good.
Paint and chrome are in good shape, no scratches on the base, tiny little bit
of pitting on the back of
the mic. Felt on bottom is deteriorated slightly. Original 4 wire coiled cord
is in good shape, not hacked off,
still has long straight sections on both ends. Labels and schematic intact.
Asking $40
Electrovoice model 727 ceramic hand mic with desk stand. Wired with 1/4
stereo plug for the early Ten-Tec
radios. Very similar to the mics Ten-Tec sold for those radios (214, 215).
Probably better. I used it for years
with my 544 and always got excellent audio reports with it. The front of the
mic is green with a chrome
windscreen, the rear case is light gray. Couple minor scratches but looks
good. The desk stand is painted
black and could use a repaint. Rocker type PTT switch on front. 3' straight
cord. Asking $35
Electrovoice model 927 crystal mic as above. Front is dark brown, rear light
gray. Paint chip in front near
the bottom, scratches in the side of the rear case. Long straight cord wired
with screw on plug with
single center contact, believe was used on the older Heathkits and others. No
PTT switch. Homemade
desk stand. Asking $20
Control box for Alliance HD-73 rotor. Thought mine was bad, turned out to be
the rotor pot, so don't really
need this, except for a spare to collect dust. Works good and looks good
except someone made a couple marks
on front around calibrate knob with a Sharpie for some odd reason. Probably
could be removed. It's the earlier
version that had the toggle on/off switch instead of the rocker switch, will
work with any HD-73 rotor.
Asking $40.
I also have a like new set of 12" digital calipers if anyone is interested,
you can contact me on those.
Please contact me off the list for any of these items. No trades please.
