My read is that "Orion is the cure to all that ails
ya", kind of like a modern day Tennessee tonic. Use it
on with your sapling tower and it will seem like a
mighty oak.

Disclaimer: the only money ever wasted on antennas
at this QTH was spent on commercial offerings. The
antenna makers of course will claim their antenna to
make your HW7 to seem like Orion. ;-)
