I recently purchased another (used) Pegasus and have noticed that the receiver is very "hot" and S meter readings are significantly higher than my original Pegasus (haven't seen S meter readings like this since I sold my TS-940). I suspect that a previous owner performed the "receive IF gain modification". My question is, where is the IF gain pot located? I'd like to turn it down a bit. Thanks, Dan KF9BP _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
