Re TV noise, yesterday I saw in the local supermarket, new TVs for sale--20 
inch color sets going for $80.   I am worried that to cut manufacturing 
costs, these TVs, made overseas, have zero RF supression and at that price 
will be bought by the hundreds of thousands or millions.
