[TenTec] Orion distorted audio in monitor

I have the same problem Grant reports with the 'distorted audio' or
'HISS' sound created in the audio monitoring circuit.  It effects both
CW and SSB and is very annoying.

I have discovered that doing a MASTER RESET and reloading my USER
parameters clears up the problem...until I turn off the radio and back
on again later...then the distorted audio monitoring is back.  A RESET
clears it up again.

Must be something in ver 1.363 also since thats what I was using.
