Upgraded to  1.363. 
Problems   Only 25 watts output unless in tune mode I
 push the power button it will go to 100 watts out. SSB only 25 watts. Sidetone 
is allways on. Did the reset twice. 
Went back to 1.358 and all is good. Go figure.
