Turn the rig OFF;  then re-start but this time while holding
IN the LCK button just to the lower left of the Subrcvr tuning knob.
That completely clears the Orion RAM,  which is also
suggested to be done after downloading and installing
the latest firmware,  1.363.  Might be a good idea to do
another MASTER RESET just before doing the above also.
You MUST turn the rig OFF again between these two
clearing operations.

Don't know if this will solve the problem,  but just might.
