[TenTec] Update Blues

Okay have tried cycling on/off...several times.
Things are not as slow, BUT when I transmit CW via my key it sounds like it
is making intermittent contact.
Changed keys...pulled plugs out/in...no change.   And no the internal keyer
is not on.
Did another Master Reset...no change.
Did another Clear memory...no change.
Went back to last update...xmit still snds intermittent.
Back to latest update...no change...Master reset...no change, etc, etc.
Thoughts?
