I'm surprised by this for a couple of reasons - 1) there are many of these
rigs out in circulation now after 6 months of shipping.  2) Outside of
contesting, I'm a fairly casual op, only on the air 2 or 3 nights a week,
but I keep hearing them on the air all the time - and I have been making
an effort to break away from only operating CW and listen on SSB
more often.

Had fun last night listening to W3MC and N3JT in a QRQ QSO on
3.528 while trying to break the ZA1A pileup on 7.006 in the other
ear using the Orion.  Then when 'MC quit I got a chance to talk to
him for a few minutes before he went off to sleep.

able to operate something new properly. 73.
