[TenTec] need help

i downloaded the latest update for the Orion ...can't get the update to talk
to the Orion thru com1 or com2 ...both com ports work fine with other
peripherals ...i run hostmaster 2 plus to control a KAM Plus and can use
either port for that depending on how i plug the KAM into the computer. i am
running WinXP home and it indicates the ports work fine, but every time i
try to run the update for the Orion i get an error message or the update
locks up and stops running ...any ideas? thanks jack ak7o
