I don't know if this will help or have anything to do with your problem, but my Titan 425 has green dots on the back of the amp and P/S plug to make sure you plug the P/S into the RF deck correctly. I don't know if this means that it is actually possible to plug it in wrong, and I haven't and won't try it to see if it can be done.
