[TenTec] Model 299 Talking Frequency counter

I am looking on behalf of a blind Ham, my elmer N5OIJ who has a corsair, but 
his eyesight has gotten so bad that he can no longer see the freq. display and 
is afraid he may have to sell and get something with voice capability.
 If anyone has one or can help it would be much appreciated, I have helped him 
get his antenna up and radio back in shape , but it would really help if he 
knew where he is in frequncy.
