[TenTec] Need a circuit. A bit off subject.

I need a schematic for a pulse memory circuit to attach to my rain 
gauge, which is attached to my weather station, which is attached to my 
Ten Tec 2 meter rig on APRS.  (I knew I could figure a way to get this 
on subject.) :-)
If some one is interested in directing me to a place to find some 
circuit diagrams, how about email me off list and I will explain what I 
need to do.
