I apologize to Dr. Lou for my reply about the PSKMETER.
I should have been more thoughtful about the wording.
I meant no disrespect or slight to Dr. LOU K3IM, PSKMETER,
or the PEGASUS. I was confused and chose inappropriate
wording and email tone of voice.
