[TenTec] 509 help

Hola!

I picked up a nice ten tec 509. it is more or less working but needs some
transmit help

on 80 meters i get about 1.5 watts out. on each higher band, I get less and
less power. on 10 meters just under a half of watt.

anyone seen this before?

any good places to start looking?
