Good Jody, A dipole is a balanced antenna that you are feeding with an unbalanced transmission line. The size of your RF choke is way off. I suggest that you purchase a "B1-2K" Current Balun from Radio Works and install it at the antenna...the cost is about $40. The current balun will eliminate RF and will allow the dipole to radiate evenly.
