[TenTec] dipole aok on wheelchair mobile

ok, guys.  the 17-meter diopole works great from my wheelchair.  i hooked
the ft-100d up with 2' of rg58u to tuner and the 20' rg58 u from tuner to
balum on dipole.  loads up about 1:1 on 17 and 20 meters.  i'll let u know
when i'm in the park.  maybe one day next week, time permitting...or this
Saturday.  73.
