I'll be testing out my 17-meter dipole from my front yard at 2:30 ny time,
18:30 gmt on 18.157.5.  i'll be running about 20 watts from my wheelchair
mobile ft-100d.  i'll be calling CQ today, 4/27/03, Sunday.  i hope to hear
