[TenTec] Dimming of 405 meter lights

don't feel too bad....just pushing the vox or split button on my OMNI 
6..makes the meter lamp dim....the lock button doesn't. Go figure.
If I keep my Omni , I'll fix this minor distraction from an otherwise fine
200 country TT box.
