Great Joe, glad you isolated it to the switch.  Time to get a Caig
Laboratories kit of De Oxit products and clean those contacts!

Sometimes without opening a switch, briskly rotating it thru all positions
will remove light oxides and restore operation for more years.  Come to
think of it, I think I had to do that to an MFJ switch three or more years
ago!
