If memory serves me, Ten Tec is (was) the manufacturer of those front panel puch button switches on the Century 21. They were made cheap to save money. The were cheap. Most gave problems soon after the rig was put into service. So don't go looking for the original vendor to replace the old switches with originals... the best deal is to go to Mouser or other good supplier, get two matching quality switches of your choice and replace both with two new"matching switches", be they toggle, push button, etc. Have fun.
