[TenTec] Omni V.9 CW Problem

WriteLog has an optional setting to disable rig
polling during xmit.  I know that my Omni VI (opt 3)
had all kinds of problems back in 1999 with Writelog
until I convinced the programmer to add the option. 
It is the "sync" setting under "Comm PTT" of the ports
setup screen.
