[TenTec] Omni VI encoder

Mark,
  I was able to use a small mechanical encoder that
came from an Icom IC-728 on my Omni V. I had to pull
the encode lines high with resistors, but it worked
fine. I couldn't detect any problems with missed
pulses, etc. I assume the Omni VI arrangement for the
301 is the same. I've been looking for a decent knob
that doesn't cost as much as the encoder!
