Those are RG 174 coax, and a commercial board connector.  Might have to
order from ten tec, as you likely do not need 100 feet of the coax and the
connectors are stocked by big distributors with minimums on orders of X
dollars.
If you could find the connectors, and the crimping tool, I have short pieces
of that cable from other sources.
