[TenTec] Argosy & Omni woes

I  dropped the case top for my Argosy and pulled the leads right out of the 
speaker...Does anyone have a source for 2.5 in speakers?  All the usual 
suspects have dried up.
On my Omni-C the preselector wants to move on it's own in cetain 
positions.  Has anybody had this and found a solution??
