No, its not the receivers at both ends, its the fact that most hams have been brain washed to think that less then 100 watts just won't work. Quess what, it does work and work well. Ran an Argo 556(qrp scout) to an indoor dipole at 5 watts and did qrpdxcc on phone in less than 12 months of casual operating (no contest). So cut the power to 5 watts and lets have some fun.
