To add fuel to the fire... How does a radiating
feedline cause TVI? I could see an issue to *your*
tv, where perhaps the strong near fields cause
overload; but is there a difference between TVI caused
by overload and TVI caused by harmonic radiation? As
in, you can't help overload (other than repointing the
antenna or lowering power or such), but harmonic
radiation can/could be fixed through a bandpass
filter?

Using the proper feed line (via baluns if necessary)
to a resonant antenna will result in happy finals in
the transmitter, higher signal strength on the
receiver and less TVI/RFI to the neighbors.
