Yup, my Jup does the same thing. When pressing the buttons as described 
displays a broken solid line and on the bottom right side of the display is 
the number 5066%.

I am running Ver. 1.21 updated today. Was running Ver. 1.20, then went back 
to Ver. 1.19.

Its been a very interesting day today.
