Well said Mike. "You snooze-You lose" is the only reasonable method to sell anything-except for auctions... and personally, I do not allow them on the reflectors I run.

Somehow arbitrating buyers is even worse. It is not only a lot of trouble; it is as unfair, or more unfair, than the very T3 Internet line speed being complained about. It sounds like: "I'm going to wait 'til I take a notion, and 'award' the sale to the 17th buyer-response." Gimme a break.

who responds to an email message is
pretty much the same thing.
