Yes,  this morning on 17m CW,  I worked the 8Q7ZZ station.
He gave me the usual 5NN,  but he had to ask me twice
for my correct call!  I gave him a 55N,  which was even
a bit of a stretch,  as he was probably really 45N,  hi.
Seems to me,  legitimate signal reports are the correct
thing to do.
