Try International Crystal Company. Not sure about their web address. A few
years ago, I got them to make a couple of crystals for a Ten-Tec Delta 580
that needed the WARC band crystals. You just need to send them the circuit
diagram and crystal frequency needed. The crystals were around $10 or so
each, as best I recall. There may be other crystal companies who provide the
same service.
